Zaruhi Postanjyan, commenting on Nikol Pashinyan's recent statements, noted that the Prime Minister is correct, but the issue concerns not the entire judicial system, but a specific judge, Masis Melkonyan, who is Pashinyan's favorite.
Postanjyan emphasized that there are many issues within the judicial system related to the inequality of different social strata. "If a person is wealthy, they can be acquitted in any case, while ordinary people often cannot defend their rights," she stated.
She also pointed out that Judge Melkonyan sentenced a person who committed murder to only 5 years of conditional imprisonment, which she considers unacceptable.
