The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that the possibilities for developing Armenia's export potential and expanding access to new markets for Armenian products were discussed during a meeting dedicated to the priorities of economic development.
Haykaz Fanyan, the director of the consulting company “Modex,” delivered a presentation focusing on the current structure of Armenia's exports, opportunities for developing export potential, and prospects for expanding access to new markets.
During the discussion, the main approaches to stimulating exports were emphasized, as well as possible steps for Armenia's diplomatic representations.
The discussions continued in a video conference format with representatives of the World Bank.
Economic opportunities opening up due to the implementation of the “Peace Crossroads” project, prospects for developing regional connectivity, and the potential for expanding transport links were also addressed.
