The issue has been included in the Bbond secondary bond list.

Unibank’s dram-denominated perpetual bonds with a total nominal volume of 6.9 billion drams have been listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange, AMX, and included in the Bbond secondary bond list, the bank’s press service said.

According to the bank, negotiated trading and repo transactions are allowed for these bonds. This broadens the instrument’s use in the secondary market.

The annual coupon yield for the first 36 months has been set at 13.25%. After that period, a floating interest rate will apply.

The issue was intended for Unibank shareholders, expanding their long-term investment options. The bank noted that in 2025 Unibank became the first in Armenia to issue perpetual bonds.

Unibank says the introduction of the new instrument was an important event for Armenia’s securities market and supports capital market development. The total volume of the bank’s bonds listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange now exceeds 50 billion drams.
