IDBank is continuing a series of events dedicated to its 35th anniversary, this time celebrating together with its customers. The bank said all branches served visitors throughout the day in a festive atmosphere, with surprises and gifts.
Customers visiting branches for routine transactions were able to take part in a themed gift draw by spinning a wheel of fortune. IDBank said that throughout its 35-year history it has kept the customer at the center of its operations.
Tigran Ayvazyan, IDBank’s Retail Business Director, said that services have changed and technologies have advanced over the years, but the bank’s goal has remained the same: to stand by customers, understand their needs and offer modern, convenient banking solutions. He also thanked customers for their long-standing trust and for choosing IDBank.
Clients at the bank’s “Baghramyan” branch received an additional surprise. Alongside the festive gifts, they had the chance to win Ara Tadevosyan’s book “Baghramyanov verev-nerqev,” signed by the author.
Ara Tadevosyan said that, as part of a long-standing cooperation with IDBank, the idea emerged to organize such an initiative specifically at the Baghramyan Avenue branch, which he described as probably one of the oldest bank branches in Armenia. He said the book brings together his memories and stories related to Baghramyan that may resonate with customers living in the area.
