IDBank is continuing its 35th anniversary event series, this time sharing the celebration with its customers. Throughout the day, all of the bank’s branches hosted festive activities, while visitors coming in for banking services were greeted with surprises and gifts.
Customers visiting the branches were able to spin a wheel of fortune for a chance to win themed gifts. The bank says that over its 35-year history, customers have remained at the center of IDBank’s operations.
Tigran Ayvazyan, Retail Business Director at IDBank, said that while services and technologies have evolved over the years, the bank’s goal has stayed the same: to stand by customers, understand their needs, and offer modern and convenient banking solutions. He thanked customers for their long-standing trust and for choosing IDBank, adding that this trust drives the bank to keep growing and improving.
An extra surprise was prepared at IDBank’s “Baghramyan” branch. In addition to festive gifts, customers there had the chance to win a personally signed copy of Ara Tadevosyan’s book, Up and Down Baghramyan.
Ara Tadevosyan said he has worked with IDBank on a range of initiatives for many years, and that after the book was published, the idea emerged to prepare a special surprise for customers of the branch on Baghramyan Avenue. He said the book brings together memories and stories about Baghramyan Avenue that may be especially meaningful for people living in the area.
IDBank said that, as part of its anniversary celebrations, it will continue surprising both Yerevan and its customers with special gifts.
