Wildberries says several segments of online retail in Armenia posted strong growth in January-September 2026. According to the platform, the number of sellers from Armenia increased by 60% over the period, while the assortment offered by Armenian merchants expanded by 28% compared with the same period a year earlier.
Food was the fastest-growing category, with sales up 286%. Sales in tableware and accessories rose 133%, household goods climbed 116%, and accessories increased 108%.
Wildberries also reported growth in household chemicals (+79%), beauty products (+43%), car accessories and additional equipment (+43%), electronics accessories (+31%), and toys (+29%). At the product level, dishwashing detergents showed especially strong growth.
Other fast-growing items included cleaning products, bags, instant and whole-bean coffee, sponges, car care products, creams, and keychains. The company said the trend points to stronger demand both for everyday essentials and for products linked to home use, personal consumption, cars, and technology.
Marta Mosiian, head of Wildberries' sales division in Armenia, said sellers should look not only at percentage growth but also at actual demand, seasonality, and sales stability. She advised entrepreneurs to test new product lines in small batches first and then gradually expand their assortments based on real sales results.
