Ucom’s sales and service center at 20/52 Erebuni has reopened in an updated format. The company said the premises were fully renovated to provide subscribers with faster, more efficient service in a more comfortable setting.
The center offers Ucom’s full range of services and technology solutions, including mobile and fixed-line services, television services, Wi‑Fi solutions, smartphones and other smart devices. Visitors can receive on-site consultation, choose services that fit their needs and learn about the company’s current offers.
According to Ucom General Director Ralph Yirikian, service centers are key points of daily interaction between the company and its subscribers, making it important to keep that experience simple, comfortable and high-quality. He said the renovated Erebuni center was designed as a place where customers can receive the necessary consultation and access the full range of Ucom services in one location.
To mark the reopening, from October 1 to 31 inclusive, subscribers who sign up at the 20/52 Erebuni service center for any Unity tariff package with a 12-month commitment will be able to use it free of charge for 1 month. The company said the Unity package combines fixed internet, mobile connectivity and television in one offer at a more affordable price.
In addition, from October 1 to 7, every customer purchasing any smartphone will receive Canyon wireless earphones. The renovated Erebuni center is part of Ucom’s network of 73 sales and service centers, which the company continues to modernize to provide a comfortable environment, accessible services and high-quality customer care.
