Ucom has joined Armenia-UK Business Forum 2026 as an official partner. The event will take place in Yerevan on 5–6 October and will bring together senior figures from business, government, finance, education and innovation in Armenia and the United Kingdom.
The forum agenda includes investment, infrastructure, education and human capital, artificial intelligence, deep tech and emerging technologies. Organisers say the platform is designed to help generate new business links and long-term Armenian-British partnerships.
According to the company, its expanding data capacity, advanced connectivity infrastructure and scalable digital capabilities position Ucom to act as a technology partner for international growth. The company says this is increasingly important as AI and rapid technological change create new opportunities across markets.
“For Ucom, it is important to support platforms that bring together leading professionals from different sectors and create opportunities for new ideas and partnerships. We place particular importance on international cooperation in technology, innovation and infrastructure, as these are among the key drivers of a country’s long-term competitiveness today,” Ucom General Director Ralph Yirikian said.
Alexander Shaghikyan, Chairman of the Board of the Oxford Alumni Business Club of Armenia (OABCA), said the strength of such initiatives lies in bringing together different sectors and organisations. He added that the involvement of partners such as Ucom helps create new business connections and cooperation opportunities between Armenia and the United Kingdom.
The main programme of Armenia-UK Business Forum 2026 will take place on 6 October at Dvin Music Hall. Organised by the Oxford Alumni Business Club of Armenia, the forum is expected to host more than 800 invited participants, including over 100 UK delegates and more than 25 featured speakers.
