The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, emphasized that all rules must be followed during construction, especially the use of vacuum cleaner nets. He stated that the pace should be maintained until they see that these nets are widespread.
Samvel Ghukasyan, the head of the Urban Development and Land Control Department, reported that 80 protocols have been drawn up for violations of construction conditions, of which 54 were by the public order protection service.
“We do not slow down this pace until everyone understands that the new rules of the game must be followed,” Avinyan said.
