YEREVAN, October 13 — The first NVB Frontier Forum was held in Yerevan on October 1, bringing together investors, technology executives, founders and industry experts. Organized at the initiative of New Venture Brokerage, the event focused on new investment opportunities spanning space technology, artificial intelligence and private markets.
One of the main topics was the space economy. Manifest Space CEO Nick Orenstein said the sector has reached a stage where private investment can be directed not only toward solutions tied to government programs, but also toward commercial companies. As more private players enter the industry, investors gain access to companies being built across different countries, he said.
Additional insights on space technology came from EOS Space Technology co-founder and CEO Shimon Dvorski and GEN Space executive director Captain Stefan Recci. Discussions centered on how technologies can be deployed, commercialized and supported by the right infrastructure.
AI infrastructure was another major track of the forum. Participants discussed GPU capacity, computing infrastructure, investment needs and the practical development of AI-based solutions. International experience was presented by NVIDIA Omniverse director Dmitry Duka, while Armenia’s technology ecosystem was represented by Firebird CTO Harut Martirosyan and Eleveight AI CTO Armen Rostamyan.
According to New Venture Brokerage director Marianna Movsesyan, the forum gave clients and partners a chance to hear directly from industry participants in a single day and draw their own conclusions from first-hand information. She said the platform also helps showcase Armenia’s technology and investment potential to the international professional community and build new links between Yerevan and global markets.
New Venture Brokerage is an investment company licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. It provides private investors, businesses and institutional clients with access to global financial markets, combining public and private investment opportunities on one platform.
