The production activities of a public catering facility have been suspended. A food safety inspection was conducted at a public catering facility owned by individual entrepreneur Vitaly Arustamyan (Yerevan, Kievyan 16/2, shawarma), during which violations of sanitary and hygienic norms were identified.
- The walls of the food establishment did not have a smooth surface and were not maintained in a proper condition.
- The equipment in direct contact with food was not properly cleaned and disinfected.
The production activities of the public catering facility have been suspended, and the operator has been instructed to take necessary measures to bring the establishment in line with legislative requirements.
A deadline has been set for the elimination of violations.
