Under the leadership of the Chief Enforcement Officer Siro Amirkhanyan, a reporting meeting was held on July 20. The results of the activities of the Service in the city of Yerevan and its territorial subdivisions for the first half of 2026 were summarized.
The meeting was attended by the leadership of the Service, heads of the central authority, and territorial subdivisions. According to the press release issued by the HCAC, it was reported that in the first half of 2026, more than 35 billion drams were collected in favor of creditors, which is a 19% increase compared to the same period last year.
More than 12 billion drams were collected for the state budget, exceeding the comparable figure from the previous year by about 18%, while around 22 billion drams were collected in favor of legal entities, which is about 23% more, and the amount collected for individuals increased by 9%.
During the reporting period, more than 2.5 billion drams were collected as enforcement fees (enforcement costs), which is an increase of approximately 64 million drams compared to the first half of 2025.
It was also reported on the implementation of the new law on enforcement proceedings and the ongoing improvement of digital tools for enforcement. In particular, a software capability has been created that allows for the accounting of non-property enforcement proceedings as well.
Summarizing the performance indicators of the Service for the first half of 2026, the Chief Enforcement Officer positively assessed the indicators of the Service's activities for the half-year, however, appropriate recommendations were given for organizing uniform effective work in specific areas.
