The Ucom Sales and Service Center has reopened at 3/47 Yerevan Street in Yegvard. The center has moved to a more comfortable environment to make the services offered more accessible and efficient for customers.
The updated sales and service center has been established as a unified platform where subscribers can not only connect to services or receive consultations but also get acquainted with Ucom's complete digital ecosystem, from fixed internet and mobile communication to television, Wi-Fi solutions, and smart devices.
“Our goal is for Ucom subscribers to receive the same quality of service in all communities of Armenia and to benefit from a comfortable, modern environment. The relocation of the service center to a new address is part of our consistent efforts aimed at improving the service network and customer experience,” said Ucom's CEO Ralph Yirikian.
In the service hall at 3/47 Yerevan Street, from July 20 to August 31, subscribers who sign up for any Unity tariff package for 12 months will receive the first month free of charge. By joining the Unity package, subscribers receive fixed internet, mobile communication, and television in one package at a more affordable price. Additionally, until July 31, all those who purchase any smartphone will receive Canyon brand wireless headphones.
Ucom continues to develop and modernize its network of sales and service centers, offering subscribers accessible, fast, and quality service both in Yerevan and in the regions of Armenia. It is worth noting that to ensure service availability in all parts of the country, Ucom has already opened 74 sales and service centers, of which 52 operate in the regions and 22 in Yerevan.
