EasyPay has published the procedure for non-residents of the Republic of Armenia to use its easywallet service. According to the company, users must have a social service number, an Armenian phone number and a bank card issued by an Armenian bank.
After registering in the app, the user goes through an identification process. EasyPay specialists then contact the user within one business day and inform them that additional documents must be sent to [email protected].
At the next stage, the user must link a bank card to their account in order to access easywallet functions.
The company also notes that, under Central Bank of Armenia regulations, a non-resident of the Republic of Armenia cannot open a free bank account in the app and cannot top up the account through a terminal.
