Armenia’s National Assembly has ratified a loan agreement with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) aimed at developing the country’s housing market.
According to Finport.am, the agreement concerns financing tied to housing market development programs in Armenia.
Ratification means the document has completed the required domestic approval process and can move forward to implementation under the established procedure.
Financing of this kind is typically intended to support housing market accessibility, the development of financial instruments and related market infrastructure.
