For transactions exceeding 100,000 AMD (including) or equivalent in another currency, it is necessary to present an identification document:
The Bank accepts 500 Euro denomination banknotes at a 2% fee.
Worn currency banknotes are accepted at a 2% fee.
US banknotes issued before 1996 are not accepted.
Exchange rates are published on the website and in the branches.
For currency exchanges exceeding 25,000 USD or equivalent in another currency within one banking day, the transaction is carried out at the discretion of the Bank and at the rate determined by the Bank:
Currency exchange transactions may be rejected by the Bank if:
• The execution of the transaction leads to a violation of the Bank's internal procedures and policies.
• In cases specified by the Bank's internal legal acts, the Bank's Management may partially or fully suspend or limit the unilateral or bilateral quoting of any currency for all clients or for specific groups of clients.
