The restoration process should be evaluated in terms of transport safety and economic impact, stated the Deputy Minister of Finance of Armenia, Avag Avanesyan:
He noted that negotiations on the railway restoration project are ongoing, and it is important for this process to be beneficial for Armenia.
Avanesyan emphasized that the interests of both state and private investors must be taken into account in the railway restoration process.
