YEREVAN, June 25. /ARKA/. Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-May 2026 amounted to $7,864.7 million, decreasing by 0.1% compared to the same period in 2025, according to the Statistical Committee:
In May this year, compared to May of last year, the indicator decreased by 5.3%, and compared to April of the same year – by 5.6%:
For January-May 2026, the foreign trade turnover in dram equivalent was 2,953.8 billion drams:
Exports from Armenia in January-May 2026 compared to the same period in 2025 decreased by 3.7%, amounting to $2,864.9 million. In May compared to May of last year, a decline of 11.5% was recorded, and compared to April of this year – by 4.7%. In dram equivalent, exports in January-April 2026 amounted to 1,076.3 billion drams:
Imports for the five months amounted to $4,999.8 million, increasing by 2.2% compared to the same period in 2025. In May, year-on-year imports decreased by 1.6%, while month-on-month they decreased by 6.1%. In dram equivalent, imports for January-May amounted to 1,877.5 billion drams:
