The Deputy Minister of Finance of Armenia, Akop Avakyan, stated that the country is working with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) to create a unified digital platform to simplify companies' participation in public procurement markets.
According to him, this platform should serve as a reliable system that collects announcements from various platforms and allows organizations to participate in procurement.
"We have already unilaterally provided access to all countries, but there are certain regulations that limit the participation of Armenian companies," he added.
