According to a decision by the Anti-Corruption Court, based on a petition from the Prosecutor General's Office, Araratcement has been handed over to the management of the Armenian government, specifically the Ministry of Economy. This was announced by Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan in a Facebook post, noting that a manager for Araratcement will be appointed in July according to the established procedure.
“In the meantime, I urge all employees of the company to perform their duties diligently and responsibly to avoid any grounds for dismissal or administrative and criminal liability as stipulated by law.
All employees who are knowledgeable in their work and perform their tasks diligently and responsibly will continue to work,” he wrote.
