AraratBank has launched a business lending campaign titled “Unbeatable Rate,” aimed at giving legal entities and private entrepreneurs across Armenia greater financial flexibility.
Under the campaign, clients can take out new business loans in Armenian drams or refinance existing debt from other financial institutions. The annual interest rate is set at 9.9% for the first 12 months.
From the second year, the annual interest rate rises to 11.5%, with an effective annual interest rate of 11.7%-12.0%. Loan sizes range from AMD 20 million to AMD 1.5 billion.
The bank is also offering a grace period of up to 24 months on principal repayments, giving businesses more time to manage cash flow and address near-term operating needs.
Clients who install an AraratBank POS terminal within one month of loan disbursement and meet the application requirements will receive an additional 0.1% discount. That would reduce the first-year rate to 9.8%. The campaign is valid through December 15.
