Amio Bank has launched the placement of another tranche of nominal, non-convertible, coupon dram bonds through a public offering, providing investors with a profitable and reliable investment tool.
The issuance conditions are as follows:
- Issue volume: 3 billion AMD
- Number of bonds: 30,000
- Nominal value: 100,000 AMD
- Coupon yield: 9.75%
- Coupon payment frequency: quarterly
- Circulation period: 24 months
The placement of the bonds will continue until August 31, 2026, after which they will be listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX).
Bonds can also be purchased through the AMIO Mobile app, where investors can track their investments and view the full description of the bonds.
It is important to note that according to the current tax legislation of Armenia, the coupon income from the bonds is exempt from income tax until December 31, 2027.
The bonds are reliable financial instruments and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund under the same principles as deposits.
The program prospectus for the bonds was registered by the decision of the President of the Central Bank of Armenia on August 13, 2025, No. 1/289 A.
