According to the Statistical Committee of Armenia, 2,574 sole proprietors were registered in the state unified register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in August 2026.
During the same month, 1,184 limited liability companies, 26 public organizations and 7 closed joint-stock companies were also registered.
August registrations further included 6 foundations, 4 condominium associations and 4 separate branches of foreign legal entities operating on a commercial basis.
The register also added 3 agricultural cooperatives, 2 community non-commercial organizations, 2 consumer cooperatives, 1 separate subdivision of a non-commercial entity, 1 open joint-stock company and 1 institution founded by a non-commercial organization.
