According to the official channel of Wildberries' press service, the company has implemented the second phase of support payments for sellers whose products were damaged as a result of attacks on the company's logistics facilities.
The second phase of payments includes over 97,000 representatives of small and medium enterprises, including those sellers who have already received support payments under the first phase. The funds will be transferred to their accounts on the Wildberries platform in the near future, and their withdrawal will be possible according to the existing payment schedule.
Previously, Wildberries had already conducted the first phase of support payments, covering more than 88,000 entrepreneurs. Additionally, the company has launched a number of supplementary measures to support sellers, including financing discounts for buyers from its own funds, providing preferential conditions for storage and logistics services, as well as initiating other initiatives aimed at maintaining sales and ensuring the stability of entrepreneurs' businesses.
Wildberries will continue to implement support measures for sellers in phases and will inform partners about further decisions through official communication channels.
