Wildberries has issued a statement regarding incidents at its logistics centers in Elektrostal and Kotovsk in Russia.
“In connection with the incidents at Wildberries’ logistics centers in Elektrostal and Kotovsk, we inform that all relevant services and specialists of the company continue to work on eliminating the consequences.
We are keeping the situation under direct control and making every effort to return all processes to normal as quickly as possible. Currently, up-to-date information is being promptly updated on the sellers' portal, official support channels, and sellers' personal accounts.
The rerouting of product flows is under priority control. Goods stored at the mentioned logistics centers have been temporarily removed from sale. To minimize possible delays for partners, we are promptly redirecting logistics routes to other available storage units of the company.
We sincerely thank all our partners for their understanding and trust,” the statement said.
As a result of a drone attack on the Wildberries logistics center in Kotovsk, Tambov region, seven employees were killed. Another 25 people were injured, of which 23 were hospitalized with varying degrees of bodily injuries.
