According to her, despite the emergency situation and the absence of a legal obligation to compensate for lost goods, the company is already assessing the volumes of payments to sellers and additional measures of financial support:

Additionally, Tatyana Kim stated that Wildberries will also provide financial support to the families of the deceased and those affected by the attacks on the logistics centers. Families of the deceased will receive 2 million rubles, while those in serious condition will receive 1 million rubles:
