Avetis Araqelyan, Vardan Ghukasyan's son-in-law, stated that they want freedom for all political prisoners and do not intend to make backstage agreements with anyone. He emphasized that Vardan Ghukasyan is under house arrest and that judges do not have the tools to keep him in custody.
