Starlink has donated 56 devices to Armenia to strengthen internet connectivity stability in emergencies. As a result of negotiations between the Armenian Ministry of High-Tech Industry and the American company Starlink, the Armenian government received these donated devices.
Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan stated that these devices will enable reliable and high-speed internet connectivity for effective response during disasters and other emergencies.
The devices are intended to be allocated to the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the needs of the Rescue Service, which will enhance the diversity of communication options during emergencies in Armenia.
Starlink, as the world's leading satellite system, provides reliable and high-speed broadband internet, especially in remote areas.
This donation continues the effective cooperation between Starlink and the Armenian Ministry of High-Tech Industry, within the framework of which 110 Starlink devices are already providing internet connectivity for thousands of students in remote schools across Armenia.
