In the coming days, it will become known that Azerbaijani companies are buying goods from Armenian companies, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in an interview with Public Television. He was responding to a question about trade between Armenia and Azerbaijan appearing to be one-sided, with goods coming to Armenia only from Azerbaijan.
“Now Armenia will sell goods to Azerbaijan. Has it become two-way? Now there will be both buying and selling,” Mirzoyan said, Sputnik Armenia reports.
The first shipments of gasoline from Azerbaijan reached Armenia at the end of 2025. According to Azerbaijani media, since December 2025, more than 49,000 tons of grain, about 9,000 tons of fertilizer, 1,136 tons of propane, 133 tons of aluminum, 1,114 tons of coal, and 67 tons of timber have been transported from Russia to Armenia.
Petroleum products have also been exported from Azerbaijan to Armenia, including about 15,000 tons of diesel fuel and about 5,000 tons of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline.
