SpaceX successfully launched the Falcon 9 rocket carrying 24 Starlink satellites from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. Eight and a half minutes after launch, the rocket's first stage landed as planned on the drone ship "Of Course I Still Love You" located in the Pacific Ocean.
This marks the 26th mission for this rocket booster. In 2026, SpaceX has already conducted 89 Falcon 9 missions, of which 69 were dedicated solely to the Starlink system.
Additionally, the company has three more space launches this year, including one flight of the Falcon Heavy rocket and two test flights of the Starship super heavy reusable rocket, which is being developed for the colonization of the Moon and Mars and other ambitious projects.
