On July 26, the official opening ceremony of 'Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026' took place, which is being held for the second consecutive year with co-financing from the Armenian government.
The Ministry of High-Tech Industry reports that 200 million drams have been allocated from the state budget for the organization of the event in both 2025 and 2026.

During the opening ceremony, Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing that this event, held on the shores of Lake Sevan for the tenth consecutive year, has become a unique platform that unites people driven by innovative ideas and shapes a technological community.
'Hundreds of talented individuals, innovators, and startups have participated in this project. This is an initiative of significant importance for the Armenian government, and that is why we continue to support this program with great confidence and enthusiasm,' the minister said.

According to Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, 'Seaside Startup Summit Armenia' is not just a summit, but an environment where new ideas are born, collaborations are formed, and technological solutions for the future are created.
'I am confident that new success stories will begin here, and participants from Armenia and 'Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026' will leave not only with vivid memories but also with new partnerships, knowledge, and great ambitions,' the minister concluded.

From July 26 to August 1, the 'Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026' will gather founders of startups, investors, representatives of venture funds and technology companies from various countries, mentors, leading experts in the field, and leaders of the innovation ecosystem.
