Russia may demand compensation when revising obligations under the South Caucasus Railway

Russia will have the right to demand compensation from Armenia if Armenia unilaterally revises its obligations under the South Caucasus Railway (SCCR). This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
