Rosselkhoznadzor has revealed violations in the dairy production from Armenia, concerning traceability systems, veterinary documentation, and safety inspections of raw materials.
During inspections conducted from July 14 to 21, it was found that milk from infected livestock was being used for products supplied to Russia.
Additionally, there were confirmed cases of using raw materials from third countries for high-fat products, despite assurances from Armenia's veterinary service.
Rosselkhoznadzor noted that Armenia has not established a system to confirm the origin and safety of the milk produced.
Due to the identified violations, measures have been taken to prevent the introduction of dangerous infections into Russia.
