The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, held a phone conversation with the Chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merz, during which they discussed important issues on the regional and international agenda.
According to the press service of the Armenian government, the interlocutors addressed the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, mutually emphasizing the importance of stable and lasting peace in the region.
The Armenian Prime Minister and the German Chancellor also discussed the ongoing development of bilateral cooperation and the prospects for further deepening the partnership between Armenia and the European Union.
Notably, Pashinyan is currently on vacation, and the conversation took place immediately after Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Berlin.
