Change in the Management of Byblos Bank Armenia

Haik Stepanyan is stepping down from his position at the bank

Byblos Bank Armenia announces that its CEO Haik Stepanyan will cease his activities at the bank effective August 1, 2026.

The bank's Council expresses its sincere gratitude to Haik Stepanyan for his leadership, over 25 years of dedicated service, and significant contributions to the development of Byblos Bank Armenia.

Under Haik Stepanyan's leadership, Byblos Bank Armenia has continuously strengthened its position in the financial market by expanding its range of services, implementing innovative digital solutions, and consistently developing the bank's customer-oriented approach. His strategic vision and professional leadership have played a crucial role in the bank's sustainable development, effective operations, and long-term progress.

To ensure a smooth transition of management, the Council has appointed Ani Sargsyan as the interim CEO and deputy CEO, who currently serves as the bank's chief financial officer. The appointment will take effect on August 1.
