Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan calmly responded to the fact that Russian President Vladimir Putin has not yet congratulated him on his victory in the parliamentary elections. "He didn't want to, so he didn't congratulate," he commented. When asked whether the congratulations of the Russian leader are important to him, Pashinyan replied with a counter-question: "Who was he talking to then?" During the conversation with journalists, the Prime Minister also mentioned that the parties discussed a possible meeting in the near future, but no specific dates were set.
