Armenia may demand $2 billion annually

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, stated that the country may demand an annual fee of $2 billion from the Russian company RZD if it continues to use the South Caucasus Railway (SCCR). This statement was made on July 30, 2026.
