“At this moment, I will present only two significant ones in rebuttal:
STRONG LIE 1. He claims that there are allegedly still additions in HEC, and they have dismissed 40-50 people in their area over the past 6 months, with 30 cases undergoing service investigations, and no mention of any criminal-legal assessment:
FACT 1. During the year of temporary management, the total number of dismissals at HEC has exceeded 1150, of which about 700 employees were dismissed due to various violations (mostly for additions/re-registrations):
Criminal proceedings have been initiated based on the facts of revealed violations, with numerous arrests and detention orders:
STRONG LIE 2. He claims that additions were made without the knowledge of the owners of HEC (i.e., also the top management):
FACT 2. Additions and re-registrations were generally made to artificially reduce the number of electricity losses in the network:
Based on the above, we can assert that the monetization of the enormous amount of electricity generated as a result of all these manipulations has, at best, remained on the accounts of HEC, and at worst, has directly entered the pockets of various criminal groups:
