Multi Wellness to Continue Serving Existing Packages Regardless of Payment Source

Yerevan City Hall has taken over the organization of the center's operations

The Multi Wellness club will continue to serve existing packages regardless of the payment source.

This was announced by the Yerevan City Hall:

“The Yerevan City Hall informs that the operation of the Multi Wellness center, located on the territory owned by the Yerevan community, has been suspended. The center will resume operations on July 31 under a new name.

Previously, the center operated on a territory owned by the Yerevan community, the right to use which has currently been suspended. As a result, the Yerevan City Hall has taken over the organization of the center's operations, ensuring the continuity of services.

Contracts for using the center's services were signed with the previous operating company, and payments were made to that company.

However, considering the protection of thousands of citizens' interests, the Yerevan City Hall has decided to continue servicing existing packages regardless of the payment source. Until the complete completion of organizational processes, all costs related to servicing will be covered by the Yerevan City Hall.

“In addition, by the order of the Mayor of Yerevan, the duration of each customer's existing package will be extended for the entire period of the center's suspension so that no citizen suffers losses due to the temporary non-operation of the center.

To ensure the continuity of services, the Yerevan City Hall has offered the center's staff, including coaches, to continue working under the new management. Currently, all necessary measures are being taken to ensure the normal and uninterrupted operation of the center.

The Yerevan City Hall thanks the center's customers for their patience and trust. Our priority has always been and remains the protection of citizens' rights and the provision of high-quality services,” the statement said.

It should be noted that earlier the Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, announced that the former Multi Wellness club has reopened under a new name.
