YEREVAN, July 24. /ARKA/. LLC «ML FASHION», operating in the retail fashion clothing market in Armenia, announces the public issuance of nominal coupon bonds. The placement organizer is the investment company «Cube Invest».
The bond issuance is one of the important stages in the company's development and aims to support further expansion programs, as well as create a new opportunity for investors to participate in the growth of a steadily developing Armenian business.

The public offering of dram bonds of LLC «ML FASHION» is registered by the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/301 A dated July 8, 2026.
The placement of nominal coupon bonds of LLC «ML FASHION» will be conducted from July 29, 2026, until 16:30 on August 20, 2026.
To purchase bonds, investors must duly fill out and submit an application (or applications) to «Cube Invest».
After filling out the bond purchase application and properly directing it to «Cube Invest», but no later than 16:30 on the day of bond acquisition, legal and/or physical persons wishing to purchase bonds must transfer funds to account 1660030016400900, opened at «Evocabank» for the issuance, in the amount necessary to purchase the number of bonds specified in the application.
Electronic versions of the program prospectus and final terms of the issuance can be downloaded from the websites https://cubeinvest.am/ and https://mlfashion.am/, while paper versions can be obtained by visiting the office of «Cube Invest» at 10 Vazgen Sargsyan Street.
