The application process continues as part of the housing support program for families in border and certain rural areas.
Since the launch, 3292 families have benefited from the program, of which 2955 have already been financed, and 371 have submitted completion acts.
It is important to note that the government supports families building residential houses in border and certain rural areas by providing:
- up to 16 million drams for repaying the principal amount of the mortgage loan,
- up to 13% for repaying the interest on the loan.
Eligible families include:
- those who have obtained a construction permit or purchased land by May 1, 2025, and meet the current program conditions.
- participants who will build houses in border areas where the ratio of population to participants is less than 10%. Current available quotas in designated areas can be found at the following link.
