On July 24, 2026, a summit titled “The Role of Youth in Strengthening Cooperation among CIS Countries” was held in Kapan, where youth from CIS member states discussed current and future themes of youth policy.
Arthur Martirosyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, welcomed the participants and noted that international dialogue promotes the exchange of best practices and the formation of new ideas.
During the summit, working groups were formed to discuss topics such as “Healthy Lifestyle,” “Volunteering,” and “Opportunities for International Cooperation.”
Martirosyan expressed confidence that these initiatives would contribute to the realization of new partnerships and joint projects.
