PMI Science, the research center of Philip Morris, announces the launch of the INKOMPASS-2026 paid internship program.
INKOMPASS offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain work experience in an international company, develop professional skills, and discover their potential in a new environment.
Who can apply
The program is designed for students in their last two years of university or recent graduates who have completed their degree within the last two years, possess English language skills, and have an educational background in statistics, data science, applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, engineering, or related fields.
During the selection process, the company evaluates not only professional skills but also the motivation and initiative of the applicants.
