Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the situation in the South Caucasus will be on the agenda of his talks with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. Bayramov arrived in Moscow for an official visit:
“We have good trends in the cultural and humanitarian sphere. Of course, we will talk about the situation in the South Caucasus. We have noted the return and increased interest in the regional cooperation platform '3+3'. Beyond the Caucasus, we have the OSCE, the United Nations, and of course, the Commonwealth of Independent States,” Lavrov said:
For his part, the Azerbaijani minister noted that the meeting would cover the entire spectrum of bilateral relations from the economy to the humanitarian sphere.
