Converse Bank received the award for its achievements in the digitalization of banking services and their delivery.
As part of the digital transformation strategy, Converse Mobile has been introduced in Armenia for the first time with a personalized experience, allowing customers to fully become bank clients through a digital flow, activate and manage C360 service packages, apply for loans, make savings, payments, and transfers, link digital wallets, and make QR payments.
It is noted that all this is carried out seamlessly and with quality experience, which is evaluated by the app users based on CES and CSAT metrics.
In the development of the application and enrichment with new solutions, the Bank has always emphasized the importance of maintaining and enhancing a high level of security:
Converse Bank was the first in Armenia to implement the Trusted Device tool, as well as a biometric identification mechanism in the loan process to prevent fraud.
Along with the development of digital platforms, the Bank also emphasizes the development of consulting and support centers as an integral part of modern banking.
In July 2025, the concept of the first Converse Next branch was launched in Armenia, where financial consulting and the digital experience of service delivery create a new synergy between digital platforms and physical branches, positioning the branch as a center for non-traditional financial consulting and mentoring in digital banking.
The Bank also has a contact center available 24/7, which also serves as a rapid resolution support center for issues and problems related to the use of digital tools.
A new digital loan flow has also been implemented in the bank, significantly reducing the time required for lending.
Customer relationships, including contractual processes, are primarily conducted in a digital format, and there is no paper process at all in Converse Next.
The bank notes that work on the development, expansion, and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of digital services and their delivery will continue.
The bank is regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia.
