The State Revenue Committee (SRC) has presented data on the use of quotas for duty-free import of electric vehicles. As of August 2, 2026, 1283 units of equipment were imported into the country by dealer-distributors, while 1164 units were imported by non-dealer distributors. Thus, the quota used by the first group is 57%, while the second group has utilized 90%.
"Considering that the quota for non-dealer distributors has already been used by 90%, the Committee will publish information about the remaining quota more frequently," the SRC's statement said.
