Arman Davtyan, the director of Yerevan's 'Ararat' wine, brandy, and vodka factory, has been arrested on charges of tax evasion in particularly large amounts. This was reported by the Investigative Committee.
According to the agency, Davtyan was arrested for the purpose of being presented to the court.
