Iran Earned Up to $6 Billion from Oil Sales During Ceasefire

Iran Exported About 70 Million Barrels of Oil

Iran earned approximately $5–6 billion from oil exports during the ceasefire with the U.S. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal.

According to the publication, during this period, Iran exported about 70 million barrels of oil.

It is noted that Tehran employed special schemes to circumvent sanctions by transferring oil from one tanker to another.

Under the sanctions imposed by the U.S., Iran has been using various mechanisms for many years to continue its oil exports and maintain sales in international markets.
