To provide higher quality services, our team is conducting technical upgrade works, during which the following will be unavailable on July 19 from 08:00 to 14:30:
- The “Banking” section in the Idram&IDBank application,
- Transfers to IDBank accounts via terminals and wallets of Idram, Telcell, MobiDram, EasyPay, Upay, and Fast Shift, loan repayments,
- The IDBusiness Mobile application,
- The Bank-client system for legal entities:
- In the IDpay application, only transfers to IDBank cards/accounts by phone number will be unavailable, while transfers by card number will operate without interruption:
To ensure uninterrupted payments, please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Idram wallet in advance or complete all necessary transactions before the specified date. IDBank cards will continue to operate without interruption at all retail outlets and online stores.
Top-ups of IDBank cards via Idram and IDBank terminals will be available in the “Transfers to cards” section with a 1% commission, while transfers from wallets or linked cards to IDBank cards in the Idram&IDBank application will be available with a 0.5% commission.
We also inform you that the bank's branches “Old Yerevan” and “Homplex Mall” will serve customers starting from 14:30 on July 19.
