In the heart of Yerevan, on the roof of the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, Khachaturian Rooftop has opened with the support of IDBank, becoming one of the most beautiful venues for summer cultural evenings, concerts, and unforgettable meetings.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a series of celebratory events dedicated to IDBank's 35th anniversary.
“We will continue to use our accumulated experience and knowledge over 35 years not only for our development but also for the progress of our city and country, sharing our successes with our society. We have already announced that we will renovate and gift the city the Moscow Park located in the heart of Yerevan in honor of our 35th anniversary. Additionally, we plan to join another important cultural heritage project, the details of which I will not disclose yet,” said IDBank Chairman Mher Abrahamyan.
About 700 spectators enjoyed the opening concert of Khachaturian Rooftop. The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia, conducted by Maestro Edward Topchyan, presented the concert program “Yerevan Gala” featuring popular Armenian performers.
“We are on the most beautiful rooftop in Yerevan. I believe that Alexander Tamanyan, when designing the building, thought that over time this space would be fully utilized,” said Norair Nazaryan, director of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia and the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall.
Thus, a new chapter in the history of the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall has already been opened. This rooftop promises a summer filled with cool and high-quality music. New concerts and cultural evenings are expected in August, with IDBank again being the main partner for their realization.
